Induction loops

  • In the building at 59 Okopowa Street, station-based induction loops are located at the reception desk, the Office for Persons with Disabilities, the Student Affairs Office and the Cashier’s Office. There are no loops in other locations.
  • Students who have been issued an Adaptation Card can borrow portable induction loops from the Office for Persons with Disabilities (2nd floor, Room 233, 59 Okopowa Street).

TOTUPOINT markers are located at 59 Okopowa Street in the following places: the ground floor main entrance, the main lobby by the lifts, and the second floor near the Office for Persons with Disabilities (BON).

Braille alphabet

  • At the 59 Okopowa Street and Babka Tower sites, there are Braille plaques next to the door handles identifying the room. There are no such plaques at the other locations.
  • In the service areas on the 6th floor at 59 Okopowa Street, there is a queue management system fitted with a touchscreen – which is inaccessible to blind users. The queue management system has a Braille-marked button, which is used to call for assistance with operating the system. The numbers for the individual service areas are announced by voice.
