Applicants with a disability certificate – financial support

Individuals with a valid disability certificate may apply for financial support for their studies from the State Fund for the Rehabilitation of Disabled Persons (PFRON) under Module II of the ‘Aktywny Samorząd’ programme.

 

How to apply?

  1. Find out from your local authority which organisation is responsible for the Aktywny Samorząd (e.g. the District Family Support Centre, MOPS).
  2. Download the certificate template, which is to be completed by your university, and email a scanned copy to aktywnysamorzad@vizja.pl by 25 March at the latest.
  3. After 1 March, we will send you the completed certificate (please note that you must have completed the entire admissions process, have student status and be registered in the student system)
  4. You can now submit your application to PFRON, together with the certificate, via the Support Service System or in person at your local office responsible for Aktywny Samorząd. Applications must be submitted by 30 March for the summer semester and by 10 October for the winter semester.

Where can I obtain an invoice?

 

To obtain an invoice for settlement with the ‘Aktywny Samorząd’ programme, please contact the Bursar’s Office at kwestura@vizja.pl.

 

Students in their second semester or beyond

If you are already a student and require a certificate confirming completion of the semester or other certificates for your application under the ‘Aktywny Samorząd’ programme, please note that all the above-mentioned certificates are issued by the Student Services Office. Please contact your department coordinators directly.
