In August, the team from the Office for Persons with Disabilities had the opportunity to visit the Invisible Exhibition (Niewidzialna Wystawa).
The exhibition, held in complete darkness, enabled us to step into the shoes of blind people for a moment, relying solely on our other senses. This experience allowed us to better understand the daily challenges faced by blind and visually impaired individuals. The tour prompted us to reflect on architectural and communication barriers, as well as the overall situation of the visually impaired.
Such visits inspire us to take further action to improve the accessibility of our University.
We highly encourage everyone to visit the Invisible Exhibition – it is a wonderful opportunity to see how the world can be experienced in a way different from what we are used to every day.
The Invisible Exhibition is located at Aleje Jerozolimskie 123a, in the Atlas Tower building (1st floor) in Warsaw.
