Ladies and Gentlemen,

We cordially invite you to the training entitled “Creating Accessible Presentations, Tables, and Other Documents: WORD, EXCEL, POWERPOINT.”

This training is intended for employees and students of VIZJA University.

Schedule:

  • December 17, 2025, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, training for University staff.
  • November 21, 2025, 8:30 AM – 3:30 PM, training for University staff.

Format: In-person training.

Place: Okopowa 59 Street, room 418, fourth floor.

The training will cover the following topics:

  • basics of preparing text and non-text content,
  • methods for preparing photos, graphics, charts, and decorative elements,
  • best practices for adding text alternatives and alt text,
  • best practices for increasing the readability and understandability of digital documents.

After completing this training, you will be able to:

  • create readable and understandable content in PowerPoint presentations,
  • visualize information,
  • improve the contrast ratio of text to background, graphics, and links,
  • arrange graphics and add alternative text,
  • design tables correctly,
  • check the accessibility of documents using the Accessibility tool,
  • use the selection box in PowerPoint documents,
  • convert files to PDF,
  • correctly enter document metadata,
  • add tags to documents.

Additionally, you will learn:

  • teamwork on documents
  • independently solve problems with document visibility
  • take responsibility for the quality of documents and PowerPoint presentations
  • continuously develop technical skills
